Why is it that rain makes some people happy? Rain seems like it should make everyone sad, because it is so dark dreary, and damp. But yet it seems makes some people happy. Maybe this is because those people can find the good in everything. Rain brings happy flowers, beautiful rainbows, and green grass. Without rain we would never have enough drinking water, or water for showers. Whew! What a stinky world that would be! There would be no clean smell throughout the earth, and no puddles to joyously jump in. How sad would life be with no puddles to jump in! It would be sad in deed.
Rain brings a cleanliness to our world that no other thing on earth can bring. When I stand in the rain I may be cold, but it brings a sensation of being clean that not only reaches my skin in touches my soul. It washes away my fears and worries, and helps me relax. Rain is the ultimate cure for everything! Rain is amazing, it takes my breath away. I could watch it for hours. So when we see a rain storm coming we should jump for joy and be thankful for the beauty of rain instead of whining and groaning.
